Mechanical Supervisor

A Mechanical Supervisor vacancy has become available for a well known locally based M&E contractor. This is a permanent position.

This company have been established for over 35 years and have grown to become a £30M+ turnover business. They are highly proficient in both electrical and mechanical install and maintenance. The industries they cover include all retail, commercial, schools & office blocks, with a project value of anything up to around £20M. Due to a strong and solid project pipeline they now require a Mechanical Supervisor to run a school project in Camden.

As a Mechanical Supervisor you will need to have a strong knowledge of mechanical installations and regulations relating the industry, and preferably experience working on projects up to around £2M in value. Strong management skills are essential, so a track record in effectively managing staff is required. You will be working closely with clients and direct staff and will be able to bring the best out of your team. Health and Safety is paramount to this organisation, so you will be required to maintain strong levels of H&S.

You will be working within a highly skilled team and have the support of management throughout your career. Progression is achievable and actively encouraged, so a long term and successful career is available for the correct candidate. You will be offered an industry competitive salary and package of up to £50K.
