Mechanical Supervisor - Central London
I am working with one the UK's largest developers who have been in the Residential industry for the past 20 years, they have gained leadership within this sector. They are known for their valuable reputation, for delivering multiple units high rise residential schemes across the UK. Turnover for the business is in excess of £200 million with the view of growth. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for one of the most prestigious projects in Central London at the moment.
As a Mechanical Supervisor you will be working closely with the lead MEP Manager. You will be responsible for managing all subcontractors allocated to the relevant project, overseeing basic procurement on site, in charge of H&S and also completing weekly progress reports.
This role could be right for you if you have the below
- Ideally be qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds level within Mechanical installation or a relevant field
- Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the Building Services sector.
- Ideally it is preferable to have experience within the residential sector working on high rise schemes.
- Have the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- A Basic Salary of up to £50,000
