Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Central London
My client is a Tier 1 M&E contractor, who have been running or circa 50 years. The business specialise in small commercial fast track fit out jobs. They have currently turn over circa £50 million with the view of growth. Due to a healthy pipeline of work, my client is seeking a mechanical project manager, to be based between office & site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical project manager looking for career progression or alternatively a lead mechanical site/ construction manager looking to step up into management.
As Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for:
* Review project estimates & budgets; working in conjunction with the pre-construction team
* Prepare and review technical submittals
* Have full responsibility for the work scope/ specifications associated with project delivery.
* Provide proactive, clear and timely leadership to the project team, subcontractors & consultants
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and according to budget
The Remuneration package

* A basic salary of up to £75,000
