Salary: £85,000 (plus company benefits)

The Company

I am working on behalf of a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor who specialise across the complete mechanical & electrical building services sector. The business has an annual turnover in excess of £75 million with multiple sub-brands across the group; allowing them to deliver specialist services. Specific to building services the company works across a diverse range of sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, data centres and education projects. Due to continued growth the company are seeking a mechanical project manager to oversee an extremely prestigious design & build development which is due to kick off early next year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career while achieving a market leading salary.

The Role

As senior mechanical project manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the pre-construction team in developing the Mechanical packages
  • Tender reviews
  • Involved with bid presentations
  • Attending project, client and subcontractor progress meetings.
  • On site review and management of Mechanical Building Services installation

Remuneration Package

In return my client is offering the following salary & benefits:

  • A basic salary of up to £85,000
