A Tier 1 M&E contractor have a career making opportunity for a mechanical project manager to join their team in London working on a prestigious project situated near Bond Street.

The Mechanical Project Manager
As the project manager you will be responsible for the mechanical installation on a £13m M&E residential development. You will be overseeing the fit out of 54 luxury apartments over a 69 week programme.
The pre-construction has just started and last 25 weeks so you will be involved in the project from start to finish. As such previous pre-construction experience would be ideal.
Due for completion in March 2020 this is an ideal project to have in your portfolio.
You will have a full project team support services such as on site CAD, Design Manager, Logistics Manager, QA Manager, Admin and Commissioning manager

With a turnover of over £100 million this company is known for its quality of work. They have been operating for over 40 years and are market leaders in building services installation.
Experience and Qualifications
5 years of Residential experience
5-10 years in a project management role
HNC in building services OR equivalent time served and industry qualifications
Pre-construction experience on large projects

Remuneration
The successful candidate can expect to receive an annual salary of up to £70,000 p.a. depending on experience with package negotiable on experience.
