Mechanical Project Manager for new build residential projects in Central London. Pay up to £60k+Package.
Your new company
You will be working for a M&E Contracting company established over 40 years ago.They specialise in mixed use developments around London. The company has a turnover of over £35 Million. The company has been growing rapidly year on year and is setting themselves up for a very productive and profitable future.
Your new role
You will be a site based Mechanical Project Manager. You will be working on new build residential projects valued £2M-£20M. You will be required to ensure jobs are completed to a high level of standard on time and within budget. You will be required to manage the project from pre-construction through to completion, liaise with Site Managers, Estimators, Design team, the Main contractors and client.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager on the full life cycle of projects from pre-construction to handover. Experience on residential projects is required as is experience in new build projects as most of the work will be new build residential projects. You will be knowledgeable on the installation of mechanical projects and good at paperwork. Microsoft Office skills necessary. SMSTS needed.
