Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager required. I'm working on behalf of a leading South Coast SME Principle contractor who in the past 5 years have more than doubled their turnover. We require a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee refurbishment and new build Commercial and high residential contracts across the South coast and London.

My client hold a place on a number of preferred supplier lists to national and global hotel and restaurant chains, we seek a Mechanical Project Manager to be our onsite face to these blue chip clients, catering for every requirement from project win/handover through to completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Package:

£50-60K (DOE)

Company Car - 3 Series / C Class





Mechanical Project Manager Role:

Project manage from pre-contractual handover through to completion with contract values ranging between £250K-1.5M

Focus on the profitability of Commercial and High Residential contracts from site and office


Liaise with clients, ensure full site spec and further requirements are met

Develop relationships with trusted sub-contractors

Attend both pre-contractual and site based meetings

Lease with Estimating and Design teams

Ensure Contract is delivered to time and budget

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

Ideally worked for a main contractor or have worked closely with the client on site

Have proven successful experience working on refurbishment and new build hotel, high residential, bars, restaurants and commercial office projects

Proven success of delivering projects up to £1.5M

Hold a full Cleans UK Driver's license
