A job opportunity has arisen at a well known commercial property for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.The main focus of the Mechanical Engineer's job will be carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance, as well as minor works, conversions and refurbishments.
Your new role
Operating in all areas of the distinguished site, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for the provision of repairs, maintenance and operation of the properties mechanical aspects, together with reactive works of alteration and upgrade.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be highly skilled mechanically and the candidate will need a NVQ level 2/3 to be successful in this process.Experience of planned / reactive maintenance and installation of engineering services on associated plant and mechanical equipment is highly desirable. Safety is of vital importance, and you will be expected to ensure that all works are conducted to the highest safety and quality standards and in line with regulations, completing all required paperwork and making sure that all record of site operations are accurate. You must also meet with the demands of the supervisors on site.

This role is a temporary to permanent contract paying £34,000-£36,000, with a chance of overtime.
