Permanent Vacancy
Salary: £29,000 to £31,000 per annum + employee benefits + holiday + pension)

Our client, one of the UKs largest FM providers, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Edinburgh.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to support the Facilities and Maintenance team in delivering reactive and planned repairs for the facilities and equipment.

Main Duties:

*Delivery of planned, routine & reactive maintenance to all building plant, equipment and systems, to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed Service Level Agreements
*Provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance services on large; Heating systems Drainage systems, Hot and Cold water systems and Ventilation systems
*Test and Inspection of BMS Systems; diagnose faults where appropriate and manage the necessary repair
*Taking part in a shift pattern

Essential Requirements:

*Experience working within a large commercial environment is essential
*Must have a demonstrable background in a maintenance environment
*Mechanical Engineering NVQ Level 3
*Authorised Person (HV/LV)
*BMS system experience
*Electrical experience - (alarm systems HV/LV - desirable)
*You must be able to provide an up to date CV with recent References
