Mechanical Contracts Manager required for our client a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor who supply the design, installation, service and maintenance of various mechanical systems such as air conditioning, heating, ventilation and plumbing/pipework. They currently require a Contracts Manager to work out of their Dorset based office.

The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring contracts are managed efficiently and to budget. The Contracts Manager will be tasked with; attending regular client meetings, ensuring all contracts comply to health and safety, labour planning, material procurement, site surveys and recruitment, appraisals and performance management of engineers.

This role will suit an experienced Contracts Manager who specialises within the mechanical industry and has knowledge of systems such as air conditioning, ventilation plumbing, and heating

Mechanical Contract Manager Position Overview

The Mechanical Project Manager / Contract Manager will be required to deliver mechanical projects and oversee existing contracts.

Mechanical Contract Manager Position Requirements

  • Previous Experience working as a Mechanical Contract Manager
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical based systems.
  • Based close to the Dorset area
  • SMSTS
  • Experience with;
    • Performing Site surveys
    • Managing Sub Contractors
    • Delivering mechanical Projects
    • Overseeing Contracts
    • Understand and review system design

Mechanical Contract Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000
  • Company Car or Allowance (£5664)
