Mechanical Contracts Manager's required, to join a leading M&E Building Services firm, specialising in the refurbishment and new build of Commercial and Industrial contracts, working with a number of high profile clients and blue chip main contractors.
Our company has grown significantly year on year since it was first established, we require a Mechanical Contracts Manager to tender from Estimating handover through to completion and build on the exceptional reputation of the highest standard work we provide. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be representing our company and be the single point of contact to the main contractor/client until contract completion.
Candidates must have proven working knowledge of, dealing with clients daily, attending crucial site and contract meetings, understanding of design and estimation, cost management, people management, experienece overseeing the installation of plant and boiler rooms, procurement and working with contract values from £250K-3M.
£40-50K (Based on expeirence)

Mechanical Contracts Manager Role:
Work to the completion of contracts provided within the commercial and industrial sector, particualrly education, healthcare, warehouses/depots and commercial office projects
Develop relationships and generate new business, preferrably through recommendation, refferal or repeat business from main contractors and clients.
Project experience overseeing the installation of boiler and plant rooms aswell as first phase plumbing.
Tender projects from handover through to completion, ensuring clients requirements are kept to a high standard daily.
Procurement, ensuring that materials are purchased and deliverd to site and compliant to time and budget.
Cost Management, ensure the profitability of the contract whilst working alongisde the Mechanical Project Manager.

Mechanical Contracts Manager Requirements:
Hold a proven backgorund delivering Contracts to time and budget
Worked directly with blue chip clients and main contractors
Must have experience tendering mutiple contracts from handover through to completion, predominantly office based
Ideally have experience working on healthcare, education, commerical office with values ranging from £250K-3M.
Must be ambitious, strong minded and willing to have an input into the company and their plans for success
