Mechanical Building Services Engineer required, an established Mechanical/ HVAC Contractor are currently going through a period of growth due to their success, they have 20 years' experience in providing project and contract related works to a wide array of clients across London and the South East, from minor repairs to large HVAC and Mechanical installations.
They typically operate as a Hard FM provider to the Higher Education, Healthcare and Commercial sector and work on projects in the range of £5M.
There is a family feel amongst their installation, service and maintenance division and many of their engineers have been with the business many years or have recommended friends and family to join and many are now part of the team.
They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer/ Building Services Engineer to work on a large commercial site located on the Coast of Kent not far Greatstone and Romney.
You will perform various jobs around the site from repairs, maintenance and fault finding on pumps and pipe work. Typically stripping down and rebuilding pumps, repairing pipework and capping off water supplies.
Other aspects can be maintenance to AHU's and Ventilation systems throughout the facility, reviewing existing systems diagnosing faults on the products and amending them accordingly.
You will ideally be a time served engineer in Mechanical, Heating or HVAC or possess an NVQ Level 2 in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Hard Facilities or similar.
On offer with the role is £30K-£35K DOE, 20-23 Days Holiday, Yearly Bonus and Company Pension scheme.
