Monarch Education is working closely with a Secondary School based in the Worcester area who are seeking a qualified Mathematics Teacher to teach within KS3 & 4.

This role is to start at the ideal candidates discretion depending on availability. The role is five days per week on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for the full class teacher role including assisting in the development of planning and assessment. You will be confident in leading and supporting the work of the Teaching Assistants in your class and maintain and develop the high standards across the school.

You must take an active role in influencing and developing policies and practice in relation to class teaching to raise attainment across the groups you teach.

The successful teacher must be able to encourage a positive and consistent environment in the classroom to ensure all children & young people enjoy their learning.

It is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous experience of teaching Maths. The successful teacher must have the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons to their class and be flexible and adaptable in the approach to work with a positive outlook on Education.
