Math’s Teacher Needed for September 2017

PK education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Teacher of Maths to join a committed and hardworking Maths department based in Nottingham from September 2018.

This position requires a Qualified Math’s Teacher to teach Math’s Key Stage 3 and 4. This would be to start in September 2018 in a good school for a Maternity contract for 5 days a week.

The school is easily accessible from Nottingham City Centre and Mansfield and other local areas with parking available onsite. It is also easily accessible by public transport.

Suitable applicants for this position will:

  • Have a recognised teaching qualification and hold QTS or QTLS.
  • Have a positive approach to managing difficult behavior and be passionate about your subject, and this is evident in your teaching.
  • Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 Maths to the UK current curriculum.

You will be required to do all planning, marking and preparation for the Math’s classes you are responsible for teaching as well as attending school meetings and parent's evening.

The successful applicant will be a qualified secondary trained Math’s Teacher with a solid background of teaching Math’s in UK secondary schools - NQT’s are suitable. All applicants will be subject to past school references and a current DBS check under our clearance procedures.
