Maths Teacher

CER Education are recruiting for a qualified classroom practitioner, starting immediately, to teach Maths to years 7-11 in Southampton. The role is long term and is likely to go permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate should be motivated and enthusiastic about their subject and be able to inspire pupils to achieve. You will be teaching KS3 and KS4, so GCSE teaching experience is required. You should have also achieved your UK QTS. You will be flexible, adaptable and have the right attitude to achieve in a secondary school environment.

The school are an academy and member of a highly regarded education trust, who provide the school with consultancy on their maths and science provisions. The school have recently retained their 'Good' (Ofsted) rating, alongside their best student results yet. The school have set out inspiring arrangements for those eligible for pupil premium, with 1:1 support offered in both literacy and numeracy.
