Maths Teacher Wanted in Harrow, London

Prospero Teaching are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to deliver Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils in Harrow. This fantastic opportunity allows the successful applicant to retain flexible working hours whilst gaining valuable teaching experience on a 1:1 basis with Looked After Children (LAC).

Job details:
Location: Harrow, London
Type of job: 1:1 tutoring, with sessions delivered at the student's home or a public library
Hours: Between 5 and 10 per week (dependant on needs of pupil)
Start/end dates: 07/02/2018 - 31/07/2018

The successful tutor will be:
- Knowledgeable about the national UK curriculum (KS2)
- Experienced or possess knowledge of working with LAC
- Passionate about educating young people in creative ways
- Professional and reliable with a high standard of personal organisation

To be eligible, the tutor must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possess a fully enhanced DBS certificate
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Able to travel to location (Harrow)
