Maths Teacher required for an alternative provision!
Summer Term, start date 16th April
Do you have an understanding of working with students who are vulnerable and display emotional and behavioural difficulties? Do you have a passion for helping reluctant learners improve?
·To teach students according to their educational needs, including the appropriate setting and marking of work to be carried out by the students
·Identifying effective intervention and mentoring strategies for students
·To mark and grade students work in a way which enables you to give written/verbal and diagnostic feedback and maintain records of pupil's progress and development;
·Prepare pupils for qualifications and external examinations;
·To use a variety of delivery methods, which will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and demands of the syllabus, for example, pod casts, interactive whiteboards etc;
·You will need to be able to engage and encourage learners to want to succeed and achieve their Maths qualifications.
