Prospero Teaching are working alongside a secondary school located in Barnet seeking a Key Stage 4 Coordinator Maths teacher to join a very well managed Maths Department starting September 2018.

The school is a very popular secondary school and offer a great education to a variety of students from a variety of different backgrounds and is a great environment for both teachers and staff.

The school are seeking a Qualified Maths teacher who has the ability to teach A'level Maths (desirable not essential).

The school prides itself on building their students, they have embedded within their ethos and our confidence that every student will succeed and leave the school fully equipped for the world of work as aspirational, resilient young leaders.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
* Degree relating to Maths
* Key Stage 4 Coordinator
* PGCE and QTS
* Strong knowledge of Maths
* The ability to motivate pupils and build relationships and trust
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to build a rapport with students and engage them in lessons
* The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience in teaching Maths (PGCE, QTS, B'ED etc.).
* You can provide 2 teaching references within the last 2 years.
* You hold the right to work in the UK.
* You have a DBS or are willing to complete one.
* You have passion for Education
* You have a provable track record of teaching Maths at Key Stage 3-Key Stage 5
* An innovator with drive and determination

Do you have:
*you have a track record of teaching Maths and gaining good to outstanding results across the Key Stage 3-5 age range
*you have excellent subject knowledge allied with superb organisational skills and a talent for leading colleagues
*Extensive knowledge and confidence in teaching Key Stage 3 Maths
