Senior Technician/Master Technician required for forward thinking dealer group

Our clients are a well renowned dealer group who have 8 dealerships across Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Kent and South East London compromising of 6 different franchises. They currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dealership based in Surrey and are offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become a Master Technician.

Your duties will include , carrying out general services and repairs, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards, communicating with the service reception team and workshop control, speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion, maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge, maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals, maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work and overseeing apprentices.

The successful candidate will have a recognised automotive qualification; possess their own tools and a full driving licence. You will also have the aptitude for multi-tasking, a great eye for detail, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and experience overseeing apprentices will be a distinct advantage.

In return you will be offered Master Technician training from day one and will be enrolled to carry out both online and practical training at the factory.
