An ecommerce business in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Marketplace Manager to manage their Amazon channel and help them achieve further revenue growth.

THE COMPANY

An ecommerce business in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Marketplace Manager to manage their Amazon channel and help them achieve further revenue growth, they currently sell on Amazon UK, US and EU. They offer a lot of flexibility with working hours and have always offered a mix of home and office working. The team is outgoing, the opposite of corporate and are based in a relaxed office in West Yorkshire. Their offices are commutable from Burnley, Blackburn, Bradford, Halifax, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Leeds, North Manchester, Rochdale and surrounding areas.

THE ROLE

• As the Marketplace Manager you’ll be part of the wider digital marketing and e-commerce team and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Amazon Accounts and drive sales across all products and markets.
• Uploading new products, listing creation and ongoing listing management to increase rankings, product views and conversion of products on Amazon.

• Forecasting and managing the FBA process. Ensuring all Vendor & FBA orders are booked in and have all documents to meet strict deadlines.
• Analysing sales to ensure forecasts are updated to meet demand
• Collaborating with marketing and design team departments to ensure products are presented in the best possible way.
• Reviewing customer feedback, communicating this to the teams and making recommendations for corrective actions.

• Monitoring product performance to ensure product and category pages are optimised efficiently - using your knowledge of the platform to drive sales beyond titles, imagery & content.
• Identifying / reviewing slow-movers and making decisions on how to handle these
• Producing regular reports to show the commercial performance of categories

ABOUT YOU

You will have demonstrable experience of working in an Amazon Marketplace Manager / Marketplace Trader / Ecommerce Executive or similar role from either a retailer, supplier, or agency. You will be able to interpret sales data, think commercially, be driven by revenue growth, and have excellent attention to detail. Due to their location, you will need access to a car.
