Secretary/PA required for professional services firm to provide cover in their Marketing Dept for 6 months. The role involves PA/Secretarial duties helping the Head of Marketing, organising diaries, meetings, typing correspondence and other documentation, liaising with internal and external staff and suppliers, agencies etc. The Department works on various projects at any one time and needs someone used to keep track of different projects with competing deadlines. Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office are required. This is a 6 month contract which may extend. Immediate starters preferred. Previous experience in a Marketing Dept would be highly desirable.
