The successful candidate as a Group Campaign Manager will play a crucial role within the Marketing Operations team, using Marketing Automation technology and email marketing tools to develop and execute multi-channel email and nurture Campaigns within a Global business, while assisting colleagues in Local Markets with best practice advice and guidance.

Support the development and realisation of the Marketing Technology road map Globally, with involvement in sourcing, selection and management of key vendors.
Support key Marketing technology integration's for Local and Global CRM implementations.
Performing as the key'go toperson' with expertise and in-depth knowledge ofCRM and reporting.
Producing routine and ad hoc reports and CRM support to the Global Marketing team.
Develop and maintain the reporting suite to provide insight into effectiveness of the Marketing function including Website, PPC and Campaign performance, using findings to inform future Campaigns and activities.
Collaboratively execute and manage Marketing Automation Campaigns and work flows to support roll out of key Global programmes, lead nurturing activities and lead management.
Formulate and develop key Global benchmarks, Best Practice processes, policies and procedures for Marketing Automation management, data integrity and compliance.
Assist with Project Management of Global Customer Journey project.
Provide training support on fundamental Marketing Operations Technologies as required.
Ensuring the Marketing team adheres to the Financial governance framework, maintaining key functional control documentation and expenditure records.
Liaising with and advising Local Marketing Managers of potential improvements in data hygiene (e.g. via data cleansing and enrichment), and engaging with external data management companies where necessary.
Marketing Operations Executive.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing or Campaign Marketing orientated role.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or equivalent CIM qualification).
Must have Microsoft Excel using formulas and Pivott tables
CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Tableau or Power BI.
Marketing Automation Tool (either Marketo, Eloqua or equivalent).
Google Analytic and AdWords.
