Marketing Manager

OakRock Ltd is supporting an established and dynamic business in the automotive sector, to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. This hands-on role blends strategy with delivery across digital, brand, campaigns, and customer acquisition. You’ll manage a small team, report to senior leadership, and shape marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a marketing team to deliver high-quality operations and campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, email, social, and offline)

• Manage website content, promotional offers, and social media channels

• Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

• Analyse marketing performance, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions

• Oversee marketing budgets, supplier and agency relationships, and resource allocation

• Maintain compliance with GDPR

• Manage reporting and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives

• Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and strengthen brand perception

You’ll bring:

• Proven marketing experience (5+ years), with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Strong digital marketing, CRM, and analytics skills

• Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and a small team

• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills

• A proactive, results-driven approach

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join a stable, successful business. Salary is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus, plus car.
