Day to day of the Marketing Manager role;

• Implement and refine the marketing strategy to enhance product and brand awareness.
• Manage high-profile events, capturing the attention of national retailers.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing communications for various product lines.
• Manage trade shows and events, including stand design, team briefings, logistics, and budgeting.
• Initially be hands on with content creation for social media, ensuring continuous growth and engagement across platforms.
• Create press releases and gaining press exposure with article publication

Requirements for the Marketing Manager role:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing management, preferably in manufacturing or similar
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team.
• Experience in managing large-scale events and trade shows.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
