As a Marketing Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to take on a managerial and strategic role within the business. You will take ownership over the marketing strategy and plan activities across the long term.
*Developing and executing marketing campaigns including across a range of paid and organic channels including events, PR, social media, content, lead generation.
*Keeping the website and blog content up to date, making sure that the content is driving customer acquisition forward and has the ability to support business wins, as well as future sales.
*Contributing towards the development of the firm's website and social media channels.
*Manage and approve marketing material including brochures, case studies and web banners.
*Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activity, measuring and reporting on the success of content and campaigns.
*Managing the email marketing.
*Identifying consumer insights and improving the email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
*Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key vendors, agencies and industry players.
*Full responsibility for budget management, from forecasting and planning quarterly and annually to ongoing management throughout the year.
*Degree educated - BSc/MSc in Marketing or a related field
*Extensive experience in a similar marketing role
*Previous experience crating and leading engaging cross-channel marketing campaigns, identifying target audiences
*Proven experience using website analytics tools, driving traffic and customer acquisition
*Analytical and numerical mind-set
*Some previous experience writing copy and an eye for design
*Data and results driven, looking into customer behaviour and have the ability to make suggestions for optimisation
*Keeping up to date with the latest market trends
