The successful candidate will market the region's developments effectively and efficiently in line with brand and marketing guidelines with the ultimate goal of generating and maintaining a targeted volume of quality sales leads through the devised marketing programme/strategy.
In addition the Marketing manager will evaluate, recommend and implement advertising, sales promotion, prospect management and publicity programs .
Developing effective implementation of marketing programs .
Evaluating alternative marketing activity to help ensure cost-effective approaches are chosen and efficiently executed to maximise return on investment.
Gathering, analysing and presenting customer and market research plus sales data, to identify advertising, sales promotion and publicity opportunities .
Integrating the prospect management system to all marketing activity and drive forward in order to optimise its use with reporting marketing activity, and identify future strategy and programmes.
Monitoring competitor sales and marketing activities via field contacts and recommending appropriate activity to maximise opportunities and minimise threats.
Ensuring that sales literature is accurate and cost effective.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Marketing Manager role either in property or a retail /leisure background where driving footfall and generating leads is paramount.
