Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced marketeer to head up two massive scale bi-annual shows, attracting thousands in attendance.

Joining their 10 strong Marketing team as a show-specific marketing manager, this role is more about strategy and "big picture" plans rather than the nitty gritty aspects of marketing campaigns. In order to do this, you'll frequently be liaising with sales, operations, stakeholders and technology teams to ensure a coherent end-to-end plan that meets objectives and maintains the company's excellent reputation.

You'll also be a key contributor in the vision of the company going forwards. Frequently meeting with the MDs to identify places for improvement, helping recruit and develop the junior marketers, and creatively problem solving around industry-based difficulties.

You'll be responsible for 2 bi-annual shows - one that has been established for over 30 years, attracting 10,000 attendees, and a brand new launch for 2019 that is aiming to rival the other in numbers.

They're looking for someone brimming with ideas who is really excited at the chance to implement them, and play a key part in the development of the portfolio going forwards.

o At least 3 years experience working on cross-channel B2B marketing campaigns
o Degree educated with strong academics
o A natural communicator, able to adapt to a whole range of characters
o Some experience in lead generation/new business would be preferable
o Experience in strategy and planning of end-to-end campaigns
