What you’ll be doing
Growing our customer base and loyalty, boosting retention, building LTV: as Marketing Manager, you’ll be getting stuck into all of the above. You’ll use a range of channels from emails to flyers, planning campaigns and segmenting the customer database. Your success depends on making extensive use of analytics - it’s vital to set clear metrics and evaluate campaign performance. That means you need to be comfortable with tools such as Excel and Google Analytics. But it’s just as important that you’re a brilliant people person. You’ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing and inspiring more junior team members - not to mention collaborating with our digital marketing agency and other areas of the business. What you’ll bring
You don’t need to have worked in Retail - but you do need broad experience in Marketing. You should have run campaigns from start to finish and achieved proven results. Experience in loyalty schemes would also be a bonus. Beyond this, you’ll need great analytical skills and a gift for collaboration. Teamwork is essential and you’ll share your knowledge and success. If you’re confident, open and friendly, you’ll fit right into our business!
