Your new role
This is a fantastic job as a marketing manager, reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Manager. Your new job will be to work in the marketing department with the responsibility for the full marketing mix of large London based mixed use schemes, and will have extensive sales experience.
You will be required to monitor and analyse market trends, while studying competitors' products, services and acquiring sales prices. You will be responsible for advising on the layout, mix, phasing and specification of the company's residentially led themes. Setting-up of Marketing Suites to include 3D design, graphic panels, models, show apartment selection, interior design and much more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, it is essential that you can demonstrate solid experience as a marketing manager within the property sector. This experience will ideally have come from high end residential property. In addition you will be required to demonstrate a strong sales record in the residential sector and have experience of setting property pricing across a major developments. A proven track record in creating content for marketing strategies and implementing the production of effective marketing collateral. A good working knowledge of SEO, PPC and Google analytics and proficiency in Microsoft C-Suite, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator would be super useful.
