A Marketing Manager is required by a very successful Wokingham based enterprise that has been established for over 10 years.
In this role, the Marketing Manager will determine, manage and implement all marketing activities, including defining and executing the company's strategic and tactical marketing plan. Managing UK and Ireland marketing, this person must be confident tracking campaigns and activities and reporting directly to the board.
You will be required to build and secure the company's positioning as the leading learning services by appropriately utilising all components of the Marketing mix, PR as well as managing all sales and marketing collateral. Areas of responsibility will also include but not be limited to:
*Supervise and manage the UK marketing team
*Develop, plan and manage the annual UK marketing plan and budget
*Manage all social networking activity
*Plan and execute all campaign activities
*Ensure the website is constantly up to date with offerings, prices, promotions etc.
*Develop relationships with key customers and partners to maximise exposure
*Organise forums and events
The suitable candidate will be confident managing a team as well as agencies and proven experience across the full marketing mix. You must have excellent organisation and written and verbal communication skills.
