Propel are currently seeking a well-rounded, passionate Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing Fintech company. This is a career defining role, where an individual can take complete ownership of the marketing strategy for an established, exciting and expanding Fintech business. The company itself truly believes in the power of marketing, and is willing to give the Marketing Manager a large budget and free range to create effective marketing campaigns. This person needs 3+ years of experience and needs to be ready to take that next step-up in terms of responsibility.

The Role and Responsibilities:
Taking complete ownership of the marketing strategy which focuses predominantly upon retention and loyalty.
Plan and execute quarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage the performance against expected outcomes.
Manage key relationships with agencies/suppliers and all internal departments.
To build your own team - if you want to!
Manage and execute email marketing strategy by creating HTML emails.
Manage the company social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google+)
Manage a team of 5.
Manage marketing strategies across multiple global territories.
Manage a global marketing budget in excess of £1.5 million.
Managing a team of sales and customer support staff. This will include giving and reviewing KPIs and measuring performance, keeping the team motivated and aligned, liaising with other teams and reporting back to management.
Gathering and using client experience feedback to improve and adjust marketing and retention.
Be responsible for onsite experience, conversion rates, and general website performance.
To be the eyes and ears of the company with regards to new acquisition initiatives and performance marketing opportunities.
Measure performance of individual channels including display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, print and TV producing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Project manage all campaigns.
The Perfect Candidate Will:
An aptitude for digital marketing and all of it's channels.
Be able to use Salesforce, DoubleClick, Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Be a self-starter, motivated, creative, driven and 'hungry' individual.
Have proven experience in marketing, campaigns, and use of most of the following: display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, print and TV.
Be confident to manage up and down and be assertive and assured in their own ideas.
Want to 'build an empire'.
Management experience isn't necessary - neither is experience within the financial sphere!
