Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be based in our client's London, UK office and be responsible for supporting the delivery of an EMEA marketing plan through measurable results across a number of key marketing activities including: industry events, demand generation campaigns and programs including seminars, online and direct marketing, lead management & tracking, customer marketing programs, and sales enablement tools and initiatives. You will work closely with fellow members of the EMEA and global marketing team and the EMEA sales team. You will focus on development and execution of marketing plans and programs to support pan-regional sales activities that help build and progress sales pipeline, strengthen customer retention and drive market awareness of the company's solutions and brand. You will be measured on your ability to successfully execute these programs to support the selling effort as well as lead and pipeline growth contribution.

This is a hands-on role. Our client is looking for a mature marketer with a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, professional demeanor and willingness to learn. A self-starter, the ideal candidate will combine fluency in both German and English with strong project management, creative and copy-writing skills. A university degree or equivalent qualification in marketing disciplines will be expected.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to support the regional sales teams and work closely with the Head of Marketing, EMEA to develop and execute an overall EMEA marketing plan including establishment of key GEO marketing and campaign priorities, awareness initiatives and ensure alignment of plans with the EMEA sales objectives
  • Work closely with sales and partners to identify, manage and execute on a variety of marketing programs using multiple components and tactics within the marketing mix including industry conferences & tradeshows, seminars, webinars, user group meetings, awareness programs and sponsorships, email nurturing campaigns, social media, channel partner marketing activities, customer programs, and client relationship-building marketing initiatives
  • Develop lead generation plans and manage related lead generation activities targeting prospects and install base customers in EMEA
  • Collaborate with both inside stakeholders and outside vendors/agencies to deliver both original and re-purposed content to be used for campaigns and programs, sales enablement, and awareness
  • Build thought leadership and awareness in EMEA, working closely with Corporate and Product Marketing and Corporate Communication for regional and local implementation of corporate programs
  • Minimum 6+ years of B2B software or property marketing experience including program/campaign management and experience with and knowledge of European markets in a pan-EMEA role or related position
  • Native German a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing tools (Photoshop, In-Design), Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot and Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Experience with hands-on execution of marketing programs & campaigns including development of key objectives, identification of effective tactics & content selection, management of operational elements including logistical coordination and budget management
  • Results oriented track record that demonstrates ability to balance execution with strategic planning focused on clear objectives and outcomes
  • Proactive in driving action; able to work on own initiative; results and execution-oriented
  • Strong business acumen including analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and deliverables
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry an advantage
