As the head of the marketing team, you will create and deliver strategic marketing activities to support the business and their corporate objectives across a diverse range of offline and digital practices.
The successful candidate will take lead responsibility when identifying marketing strategy, managing relevant budgets, setting objectives, managing the personal development for the marketing team, liaising with sales teams, and providing support for the overall marketing process.
You will also be responsible for providing press releases, being proactive in the management on web analytics, identify suitable areas for photography and advertising, and monitoring the relevant social media channels.
The successful candidate will be open-minded and flexible with regards to marketing approaches, is able to understand the importance of technical aspects of the industry sector, be a confident leader who can push team members in a positive way, and is able to prioritise a busy workload.
The ideal candidate will possess manufacturing, technical and/or engineering experience, although applications from all sectors are welcome.
This would suit a Senior Marketing Executive keen to make the step up into their first Marketing Manager role.
