Marketing Manager (Merchandising Specialist)

Salary - £35k to 40k

6 Months - Fixed Term Contract

Working hours- Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5:30

We are one of the leading and fastest growing Marketing firms in the Education sector based in London. We work in a niche industry where we work with top universities and colleges to promote their products. Due to our recent growth and planned future growth; we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual with a genuine marketing passion to join our expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional to input and develop on their experience, and further their knowledge of working with the full marketing mix in both digital and offline multi-channel campaigns.

Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Directly reporting to and supporting the Strategic Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are presented according to brand
  • Liaising with team to develop and re-create content
  • Work with Design team to create marketing material for internal and external (B2B and B2C) usage
  • Merchandise and Promotional item creation as part of re-brand launch and product launch
  • In-store POS created for B2B partners
  • Planning, managing and distribution inventory and resources to B2B partners
  • Managing B2B partners PO’s, making sure they meet minimum standards
  • Planning, managing and distribution of marketing collateral to support Sales teams for both B2B and B2C lead generation and nurturing campaigns
  • Support in new product launch
  • Website and social media updates where applicable

Specification:

  • Experience in merchandise and promotional creation is essential
  • Degree preferred
  • Perfect command of English in speaking and written
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience/understanding of working with both B2B and B2C audiences
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A good understanding of digital and offline marketing
  • Be open and ambitious to learn new skills
  • Understand the company’s vision and align tools to attain the expectations
  • Creative and innovative outlook who can work within deadlines
  • Portfolios are welcome
