The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. There is an exciting opportunity at the RNLI for a Marketing Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns for legacy and in-memory giving.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and deliver impactful, successful campaigns within the RNLI’s Marketing team.

Legacy and in-memory giving are both key areas for the RNLI, making a vital difference to our lifesaving work. Indeed, gifts left to the RNLI in wills fund six out of ten lifeboat launches and so are extremely important to the organisation.

Essential skills for this role include impeccable communications skills, exceptional stakeholder management and personal resilience. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships with other teams and multiple stakeholders, demonstrate you can work in a constantly changing environment and be passionate about creating meaningful change for the RNLI’s marketing campaigns.

To be considered, you will need:

- Experience of implementing multi-channel campaign plans either in marketing and/or fundraising
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of marketing developments and best practice
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Experience of managing relationships with creative and/or media agencies as well as project management and budget management
- Experience of managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Substantial knowledge of campaign planning processes and different multi-channel media
- A degree or equivalent ideally in marketing, communications or business
