An experienced B2B marketing enthusiast is required to join a growing business based near Swindon. There is an existing client base with long-standing relationships, but someone is needed to take the lead, working closely with business development, to deliver planned growth. This a newly created role, you will lead the team that is responsible for initial optimisation of online traffic- lead generation through email, web and social media channels. You will also work closely with the Managing Directors to identify new business and market opportunities and develop marketing plans and campaigns to take advantage of them, including the development of new strategic alliances and database marketing activities.
We ideally need an individual who is confident working with numbers; translating complex figures from social traffic reports into an efficient marketing plan of action, targeting ROI engagement and adjusting your strategy respectively. Brand image is also key, it remains role-integral that all representation is consistent with the organisation's voice, in content that goes out but also with your personal presence at events. Excellent written and verbal communication is paramount.
Currently, you will manage two members of staff, but the opportunity is to develop with the business and grow the team and the role. A new office with additional space is already planned for later this year and bonuses are available, alongside company rewards such as meals out and trips away.
