My client is a global company with a large operation in the UK and especially in Burgess Hill.

Due to extra support needed, we have a new opening for a Marketing Manager for someone to join on a 12-month contract. This could possibly be extended.

As a Market Manager, you will support the whole Marketing team in delivering the marketing Plan. You will develop and execute tactical elements of the operational plan, through the design and delivery of promotional tools that clearly meet the brand positioning and customer needs.
Leading on specific projects, you will support the business to successfully launch new and novel products into the UK & Ire Market.
We would really like you to apply for this role if you have experience of the following marketing tasks:
* Delivering marketing plans tactically, across all departments and channels
* Handling marketing campaigns including sales force materials adaptation from Global Marketing templates
* Highlighting and owning promotional budget breakdown
* Understanding the product sales target achievement
* Able to accurately forecast
* Analysing qualitative measures e.g. Detail follow up market research and feedback from field force on support materials

Main duties include:

* Developing timely marketing materials in line with brand strategy, positioning and image (including working with agencies and market research and testing) that support the business
* Adapting global product campaigns for local use including PR and sales force materials
* Gaining customer insight through regular customer contact, field force liaison and reviewing audit / market research
* Communicating brand strategy, positioning and campaign to sales force and providing continuous support of the sales effort
* Collaborating throughout campaign development with other departments and involving others
* Inputting into product volume and revenue forecasting and developing product project and promotional budgets
* Communicating brand positioning to sales force and providing continuous support of the sales effort
* Managing product communication and brand image throughout the business
* Evaluating and validating customer response to operational plan delivery through the utilisation of response tracking data
* Inputting into product volume and revenue forecasting and developing product project and promotional budgets
* Ensuring compliance with national legislation and local guidelines in relation to production of marketing materials, ensuring full sign off before use

For this role you MUST have:
A proven track record in Health Care or Pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within secondary care
Degree Level education or equivalent
Proven commercial acumen, customer focus and project management
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders whilst being a strong team player

Whilst a formal higher education marketing (e.g. CIM) or business qualification is not essential it would be an advantage
