A household name iconic group is embarking on a number of new and exciting initiatives for 2018 and consequently are expanding their insight team that delivers information and data across the business for all their marketing activity. As a result they are seeking a Marketing Intelligence Manager who can deliver insightful and actionable analysis of customer behaviour from existing customer data, research data and web analytics to enable data-driven decision making.
Working with stakeholders across the business the role will entail delivering insight through manipulating and analysing customer data, from a number of sources, working with colleagues in other analytical teams to predict customer behaviour, e.g. churn, growth, cross-sell, in order to communicate opportunities or threats to the commercial success of the business.
You will be an analyst, working with customer and marketing data, with experience of utilising complex modelling techniques including profiling, segmentation and propensity modelling, looking for the next step in your career as well keen to join a large organisation where you can make a real impact on it approach to its customers.
Salaru: c. £60,000, plus bonus, car allowance and benefits,
