Reporting into the Head of Customer Insights, the Marketing Insight Manager will be responsible for building a deep understanding of customers and their market, improving performance and creating a competitive advantage for the business.
You will need to develop a strong understanding of the organisations proposition, products and processes and from there provide key insights into the success of marketing campaigns. You will be developing insight to understand customer journeys and understanding key patterns in the process.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a highly statistical back ground and will have experience working in a commercially driven marketing team. It would be desirable if you had experience in using predictive models.
