At William Hill we need to keep a tight rein on what comes in and what goes out of our Marketing budget and for us to monitor and control our marketing spend, we need a Marketing Finance Associate. You'll support our Marketing and Finance teams in Gib and London, whilst based out of our sunny Gibraltar office.
You'll be working with our Marketing Finance Manager in Gibraltar with the gathering and consolidating of the financial results. To ensure that all the reporting is recorded, you'll document all the relevant and accurate information required for the financial reports and as you'll be sat between the Marketing and the Payments teams, you'll serve as the key liaison to these departments.
We want you to support and oversee the execution of marketing deal,s always monitoring the payments process to ensure our teams are following purchasing processes.
A few years in finance administration (or similar) positions would be a great help, if you have exposure to marketing even better. You'll have experience of budget planning and monitoring, as well as a broad understanding of finance systems and processes. It goes without saying you'll need to know your way around Excel and any experience of working in International businesses will be advantageous.
