Your New Role
Are you a Marketing Executive looking to be part of, and belong to, something different? If so, look no further! We represent a company who can offer you a place where you can pursue your ambitions, perform your best work, and grow with them as they undertake a period of significant nationwide expansion.
We represent a fully capitalised, de-risked start-up development business who have acquired an impressive portfolio and pipeline of developments in Cambridgeshire. With each mixed-use development fully financed, they will deliver more than 1,600 new homes and drive significant growth as they expand to deliver visionary development projects beyond Cambridgeshire and throughout the UK. They firmly believe their people are the fuel for growth - they are both the innovators and doers.
As their new Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role supporting their Marketing team in managing the design and delivery of annual marketing plans and implementing campaigns and events. This will include supporting the day-to-day management of the internal and external marketing and public relations teams regularly evaluating programs and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Working closely with stakeholders from across the business you will help drive the marketing strategy (both at a corporate level and for the individual place brands for each of their sites). You will be part of a team responsible for developing the brand’s messaging, communications, campaigns, data management (CRM) as well as digital marketing and analytics.
The Marketing team understand in detail their target audience/s, competitor landscape and overall market. You will be a creative thinking with strong commercial acumen and proven project management experience. Ideally with either B2B or B2C marketing experience within the property sector (although sector knowledge is not essential) and good understanding of brand development and application across all functions. You will have proven experience in managing third-party agencies and digital marketing experience - CMS Management (preferably Umbraco) SEO, PPC and social marketing. Additionally, you will have experience in overseeing and managing a social media strategy - including managing digital campaigns across paid and owned media and working knowledge in the use of google analytics.
Their team culture requires you to be; self-motivated and enthusiastic, someone who thrives in collaboration and naturally builds positive relationships. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple (and often integrated) projects/campaigns/strategies simultaneously. You will be open to developing new processes and practices with an innovative and proactive approach. In return you will gain exposure to the full marketing mix and the promise that no two days will be the same whilst you are provided with the opportunity to take on diverse challenges that come from a growing start-up business.
This is truly an outstanding opportunity to further develop your career in Marketing with a business that will challenge accepted thinking, a market innovator where you can make a real difference.
