Having doubled in size year on year, and recently moved in to beautiful new offices in Central Milton Keynes, we are focussed on the next phase of our growth which includes international expansion with offices in Germany / Nordics and U.S, creation of a contract division, and significant divisional expansion across all of our UK tech markets.
We hold marketing in the highest regard, and view a consistent and aggresive marketing strategy as absolutely crucial in enabling our growth in the UK and Internationaly. We probably do more than most agencies our size but we are not marketers, and need someone to take the reigns on our current marketing activites and have the freedom to make the marketing strategy their own over time.
You will lead on all our marketing activity, which will include but is definitely not limited to - Website, SEO, Content, Blogging, Social, Events, PR, Charity, Automated Marketing, A/B Testing, Sales Material, Post-Placement (interviews, case-studies, new starter packs), Campaign Marketing, Digital. Ultimately our marketing strategy should focus on brand recognition, growth marketing and sales acquistion / demand generation.
Ideally we would like someone who either has experience in the recruitment space, or the technology space, but are open minded to the background this person might come from.
