Morgan McKinley are looking for a full time UK Marketing Executive who will lead the marketing function within the UK, ensuring implementation of the marketing plans in line with the overall global marketing and business objectives.

What we are looking for in this role

A highly motivated individual with the ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative. This role requires someone with strong project management and relationship skills who is able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business at all levels. The successful candidate should have experience working in a marketing role covering various aspects of the marketing mix such as designing and delivering successful campaigns. A core responsibility for this role will be to manage the email distribution and social media posting and promotion for the business across a number of channels. This individual must be able to understand market insights and data to inform the development of effective and engaging campaigns, and be able to monitor, interpret and report on metrics for campaign evaluation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the company's email marketing strategy
  • Manage and update the company's website, database and social networks
  • Manage, implement, and report on the company's Google AdWords and analytics results
  • Organise and manage company events
  • Perform general marketing administration tasks
  • Managing the production and delivery of agreed deliverables in given time frame
  • Measuring campaign activities, updating project plans and reporting on activities
  • Building and managing strong relationships with the business and global marketing teams to ensure the alignment of messages and timely delivery of activities and projects
  • Design and create a range of content and marketing materials (including graphics, blogs, presentations, executive summaries)


  • Qualification in marketing, business management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates initiative, with the ability to identify new opportunities


  • Experience in Marketo or other automation software
  • Experience in Google AdWords & Analytics
  • Experience in Canva or other design software
