Are you a digitally savvy Marketing Executive who can play an active role in supporting Global Commercial, Sales and Product teams to; drive client engagement; develop and execute integrated campaigns; manage website and social media; develop new collateral and marketing materials; manage CRM database; conduct industry research; plan and deliver global events.
Keys tasks include:
Coordinating resources and efforts for annual global conferences and key industry events
Managing design and production of marketing collateral and business stationery
Assisting in market and competitive research to assist growth plans
Maintaining and updating company website, and manage social media
Compiling sales and marketing reports on an ongoing basis
Assisting in the generation and submission of various industry Awards
Documenting key takeaways, action points, project plans for marketing projects
Overseeing the development of monthly campaigns, external communications and required inbound marketing activities
Suggesting communication improvements while utilizing channels to effectively distribute information as required
Maintaining CRM and marketing automation platform with key information
Assisting with project planning, agreeing the plan with key stakeholders, and preparing detailed plans for each stage
Keeping strategic partnerships and agreements effective and up to date
Identifying tasks and resources and helping to define and actively manage the critical success factors for the project/work stream
Managing various projects on a day to day basis. Executing the agreed plan, monitoring progress and taking the necessary corrective actions
Assisting the Marketing Director ensuring consistent branding of all docs, internal and external effectively communicating brand guidelines across the company
Assist in the management of the marketing budget by effectively tracking actual v forecasted spend and KPIs
