The Role:

Our client is looking to bring onto their team an experienced and energetic Marketing and Advertising Manager to support our ever-expanding portfolio and team. We are looking for someone driven, creative, well-connected, and informed, who can create, devise and implement marketing and advertising initiatives - from planning food and wine events, brand promotion at fairs and events, creation of customer tastings, and website and social media development. The chosen candidate will have a great opportunity to work alongside a young and dynamic team where their work is truly noticed and valued.


Working closely with both management and the sales team, you will be in charge of creating and developing campaigns to promote and support the brand, building public relations throughout the industry, working closely with external suppliers and valued customers, and generating all promotional work and advertising.


  • Develop strategic plans and corresponding budgets to meet objectives across both traditional and digital channels, including: paid marketing, inbound (content, SEO, Social, email, PR) and web design
  • Manage reporting, tracking and analytics on all promoted campaigns and utilize analytics to focus efforts and optimize performance
  • Identify new promotional and advertising opportunities
  • Develop partnerships to facilitate expansion of brand reach and awareness
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional and client events
  • Serve as local media contact and public relations support; manage and foster local media relations
  • Design and creation of marketing materials

About You:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or marketing
  • Must have strong experience in marketing and advertising – preferably 3 + years, with knowledge of the London food and wine industry
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
  • Great knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and all other Adobe Create programs
  • Deep understanding of marketing tactics, capabilities and trends
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Creative and innovative – with a passion for wine
