Not only will the right candidate live and breathe social media, they will have a strong eye for detail. Taking pride in their ability to organise and manage a wide range of responsibilities, they will support the marketing team in delivering superior campaigns and initiatives that grow our brand presence and beat the competition.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the coordination of social media activities, campaign and communications delivery and effective execution and reporting across the channel mix.
  • Manage the creation, scheduling and execution of campaigns
  • Maintain and develop effective, actionable reporting that helps the team manage and enhance brand presence
  • Support social media champions within the business with training and tools to improve social media usage, developing the role to become the brand’s social media ‘super-user’
  • Identify ways to improve social media as a lead generation channel and work with the marketing team to put these ideas into action
  • Monitor and manage our brand reputation across social media channels and provide local support to our reputation strategy via online tools such as Glassdoor and Feefo
  • Ensure all sales and marketing assets and collaterals are kept brand-compliant and up-to-date, including landing pages, emails, websites and other digital assets, and off-page advertising and paper materials
  • Help build our sales enablement capability through the development of case studies, product fact sheets and presentations
  • Coordinate marketing campaign creation and execution using marketing automation tools as necessary
What you Bring to the Team
  • Degree level education. A marketing qualification would be an advantage
  • Experience in a commercial marketing role
  • A genuine interest in social media and enthusiasm for finding and testing new ideas and new ways of working in the digital environment
  • Working knowledge of at least one marketing automation tool such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Knowledge of a CRM system such as SalesForce and a CMS would be an advantage
  • Team player with strong emotional intelligence and aptitude for driving change
  • Good understanding of content marketing
  • Able to demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills
