Marketing Executive - About the company
Our client is a talented Marketing Agency who pride themselves on delivering outstanding work and have a lot of fun doing it! They like to socialise and do fun staff events, whilst working with some of the biggest shopping centres across the UK. They are on a successful journey and is now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team and help them create innovative events for leading clients in the industry.

Marketing Executive - About the role
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for daily client management and be working closely with the wider management team to deliver excellent event marketing and communication campaigns. Reporting directly to the Marketing Account Manager, the successful candidate will work hands-on with the current events, which therefore require occasional weekend work and travelling. This is a very dynamic and exciting role, where the Marketing Executive will be part of a fast-paced agency that rewards their staff for their hard work.

Main responsibilities of the Marketing Executive

  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are up to date on the event planning and progression
  • Co-ordinate events and activities for key clients
  • Prepare client proposals and ensure they align with the client’s objectives
  • Work closely with external agencies on key activities to achieve objectives
  • Analyse performance and report on all marketing activities to senior management
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure good communication between the teams within the agency
  • Keep overview of the whole event process and performance

Required skills and experience of the Marketing Executive

  • Good understanding of segmentation and identifying target audiences
  • Previous experience of working with multi-channel marketing events and campaigns
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with great self-motivation skills
  • Great at teamwork and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
  • Have a creative mindset, but with a good commercial understanding
  • Attention to detail
