Marketing Executive  

Job Summary:

Working as a Marketing Executive, you will be required to support the sales team to generate new business opportunities and improve retention through the development of strategies and tactics that match customer’s requirements. You will develop and implement marketing campaigns that will make an impact, support the brands and increase on and offline lead generation traffic. Working with external creative and development agencies as well as the in house team to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns that deliver real results.

What you could be doing:

  • Devising and implementing marketing campaigns for prospect and existing clients
  • Produce marketing materials in co-ordination with our chosen creative agencies
  • Reporting of web sales, SERPS and content engagement
  • Assisting with new site updates and projects
  • Utilise the CRM database to build tailored campaigns to potential new accounts
  • Dream up exciting new marketing materials and manage the process from conception to delivery
  • Proof reading
  • Adding new properties and amending property information across the company websites
  • Co-ordinating Adwords and online advertising activity
  • Use of analytics software (Google Analytics) to review performance
  • Creation of Marketing Automation campaigns
  • Writing copy for marketing materials and blogs
  • Ensuring inbound sales enquiries are recorded correctly for reporting
  • Managing and posting on the company social media accounts
  • Managing online reviews and highlighting new reviews across a range of channels

Key Deliverables:

  • Developing innovative marketing to support sales growth  
  • Ensuring all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and our brand principles
  • Ensure agency directed work is completed in a timely manner
  • Work as an integral part of the marketing team to deliver sales wins
