2195 - Marketing Executive - Slough - Perm - £22-30K
Our client is a leading player in the B2B services market, who are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll work alongside a lively and vibrant sales team and be responsible for the external marketing to new potential customers, industry partners and existing customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Web Site - attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
Management Social Media presence - Build and manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, BLOG and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Implementing strategies and tactics that grow followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of the company.
You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Manage e-mail Communications - Grow email list organically. Manage email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.
Content Organiser - We are looking for a prolific and talented content organiser. Working with senior management and industry partners write/ edit and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers. The role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Promotion - build and manage a rich content/ event calendar that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
Support Sales Development - grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BA/BS degree and marketing work experience.
Experience in business to business marketing preferred.
Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
Good organisational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
Knowledgeable in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Proficiency in web analytics software and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization would be useful
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
