The Marketing Executive (Loyalty and Retention) is responsible for managing, developing, and executing all custoimer activation and retention strategies, including the rewards and student loyalty programmes.
You will be creating, executing, and continuously reviewing CRM strategies, creating and managing customer data segments, and designing and implementing behavioural triggered email campaigns.
You will work with the ecommerce eam to build transactional emails and electronic receipts, work with the data analyst to monitor the performance of CRM strategies,
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about product and retail, have at least 3 years' experience of CRM and data marketing in a B2B retail environment, and have expert knowledge of email and social media platforms.
You will be reliable, flexible, highly organised, commercially savvy, and have excellent attention to detail.
